Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technician or Technologist to work in our landscape team. This would be focused on 3D modelling, BIM management and hard landscape detailing alongside colleagues with horticultural skills. We are looking for someone with the following experience and/ or qualifications, but welcome applications from outside this list, such as apprentices:
- HNC, HND, Higher Apprenticeship or Degree in Architectural Technology or Construction and the Built Environment
- Experience of architecture or engineering with an interest in the landscape or a simple change of scene
- Would suit being accredited with Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), but not essential
Qualities we are looking for:
Minimum capabilities: AutoCAD, Revit or similar, BIM delivery, and Microsoft Office
Advantageous capabilities: Enscape or similar such as Lumion and Twin Motion, Civil 3D and the use of AI - In-house training is a standard part of our internal process of bringing you up to speed with our systems and specific software
Collaborative and good with people, including wider design team coordination
Attention to detail
Demonstrable capability to problem solve
