We are seeking an Architectural Team Leader.
Responsibilities
Delivery of exciting projects up to £30m through all RIBA stages
Managing a team of up to 8 people providing leadership, mentoring and support
Contribution to the management of the practice with opportunity for further career progression for the right candidate.

Excellent communication skills
Confident project delivery
Traditional and D&B contract experience
Experience of education sector is important but not critical
Experience of heritage work beneficial but not critical
